Over the past few years, we’ve learned so much about how to support our bodies.And most of the time, the changes we’ve made leave us feeling better—more steady, more energized, more clear.
But every once in a while, something unexpected pops up.
Last week, I had one of those moments.
🧠 A Headache That Was About More Than Just the Head
I came down with a migraine that lingered longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst one I’ve ever had—but it was enough to make me pause and ask:What’s going on here?
I was doing all the things I know help:
Drinking plenty of water
Prioritizing rest
Supporting my body with minerals and nourishment
But it just wasn’t shifting.
That’s when I realized… this might not be just physical.
